I had the honor and distinct pleasure of having BEA serve my daughter and I...she had an excellence that surpasses any server I have ever had..with her respect ..integrity and compassion she made our experience beyond words...she had impeccable taste on reccomendations and was very punctual with having our food served with a smile...she makes a perfect Ambassador for BWW... I believe she deserves a raise in pay..as well as a promotion...because of her we will be loyal to this location exclusively...I will always ask for her...BBW...please recognize BEA'S outstanding performance!!
Been here a few times and wasn't too impressed but this most recent visit changed everything for me. The staff was pleasant and friendly and the food this time came out pretty impressive. I got the mango habanero wings with wedges and everything was cooked and sauced to perfection. Hats off to the chef on duty this day. Hopefully my future visits will be a repeat of this one.
Sunday lunch time outing before shopping. Large shared Parking lot . A lot of Seating choices available from booths to tables & bar area. When we walked in, no signs at front & no one to guide us if open seating so stood there waiting for a while. Employees at the bar area did not wave or mention anything . Other location closer to home is wait to be seated so thought was similar. Although upon sitting, when we sat down, the service was quick, menu given right away, Ordered a dine in special which was great for only $22.04 total. Ordered burger and tots while daughter ordered wings & fries. Drinks included. Great service by our server. Bea checked on us several times.
